For a long time I was living the past. But recently I decided that my Five Year Plan is to be shooting for Vogue Magazine. Now, there are many, many obstacles to this dream. So many obstacles, in fact, that it may be a moot point. But I really love fashion in the context of taking pictures of it and I feel it is self-evident that I’m a good enough photographer to be seen in the pages of Vogue.
But at this point, it’s just a dream. Nothing may come of it. I may just work on my novel and that be that. But I feel that this is the very beginning of a process and that I have a decent shot of making my dream a reality if I get the equipment to do so. That, in fact, is the first step.
